Updated mods

Removed Quark O' Plenty as it is breaking the entire pack! If you have any quark O' plenty chests MAKE SURE TO EMPTY THEM

Created Illuminati Pet Blacklist, blacklisting all dragonsteel items and more

Removed Loot Pet as there is a major duplicating glitch involving it and rats, when you kill a rat with and item you give it with the loot pet, it drops twice. If anyone knows of any alternate fixes to this let me know please!

Made cloud dungeons more rare

Made the Illuminati pet cooldown increased to 5 minutes (from 3)
