Updates
- Updated to 1.16.5 (finally). Should be able to update most mods to their latest versions. Bugs may occur.
- Replaced Project: Save the Pets! with configuration from Charm. It's not as good, but we can't use P:StP since it's only for 1.16.4.
- Set default WTHIT/WAILA to show fluid information.
- Updated Meowstard Cat's server info.

- Removed Better Weather.

Fixes
- Fixed Gunpowder config causing crashes.
- Fixed weird text in WTHIT.
- Teleport fixes if you choose to enable them.
- Some crashes have been resolved (such as Phosphor and Origins crashes).
- There should be plenty of Better Nether and BetterEnd fixes.
