Craft Of The Titans II: The GOG Remix

-Rewrote International Trade Market (Stargate) quest tab to be more clear.

-Fixed Biff Tannen not dropping Almanac

-Added more variety/quality to Legendary and Artifact lootbags, but reduced drop rates.  It is nearly impossible to make loot bags drop frequently from player kills, without making those same percentages flood players with loot bags once they get a mob farm running.  These new drop rates should find a decent middle ground.

-Re-added "Quest Book Reload" utility to last tab of quest book.

-Some previously passive GOG mobs have been made aggressive in the previous patch.  However, their spawn rates have been drastically reduced by roughly 80%.  With such low spawn rates, you will see very minimal increases in daytime hostility.  This prevents server TPS being spent on dozens of (useless) passive mobs that served no purpose, without removing the mobs entirely.  The GOG dev is exploring options for making these mobs appear as aggressive on Journeymap as well.
