Removal of Lycanites caused some of the building blocks at the Trade Market to go missing... which despawns the Stargate Controller.  There is a now a temporary fix to include the Stargate Controller as a quest reward until the mall is remodelled.

 

Clerics are now immune to ESM AI changes, and therefore will stop spamming their annoying sounds around your base.
