Changelog 1.17

-Reduced Wild Dog health by 25% and reduced Fire Elemental health by 40%.  Fire Elementals "should" once again respect light spawning rules.

-Fixed missing Armor Plus recipes.

-Re-added Ice recipe that was removed with Knob Control

-Remove Dirt Dongle recipe, but added quest to receive on for the early game

-Increased the yield of the Reinforced Stone recipe to 2, up from 1.  Recipe is still 1 Grout 1 Stone.

-Removed Bloody Maiden from Spider Jockey list, as her 2 shot ability is too strong.  Beware, she may still lurk in dungeons.

-Minor Quest fixes.

-Fixed missing rune trade.

-Fixed Storage Meteor duplicate part chooser recipe.
