swapped EXP bottling with XP tome due to a dupe glitch

- blacklisted some tokens because abilities did the same.

- <s>nerfed </s>balanced some abilities

- blacklisted map device from recipes

- removed EXP Bottles and Machine

- added XP Tomes (exp machine had a dupe glitch)

- removed quest placeholders
