Server Pack Improvements

• The Cozy Zen Public SMP is now automatically added to the Multiplayer server list for new Server Edition installs
• Included resource packs are automatically handled to make first time setup easier
• Additional performance and optimization mods have been added to help improve stability and performance on a wider range of PCs
• Several mods have been updated for improved compatibility with the current public server setup
