Cozy Winter isn't actually that cozy, but very hard! The cold weather makes it hard to travel without getting Hypothermia. The world is completely covered in snow which makes walking not the easiest task, however, in combination with some cool building mods you can build massive rail networks to get around. It can be very challenging at some times, but it's also a lot of fun to play with friends!
For the more tech-interested people there are mods like Create and Immersive Engineering included in the modpack.
The built-in resourcepack is made by me and only changes GUI textures.
