What's new
*Updated some mods
*Fixed certain Techguns recipes that were not working by using oredicts instead of overrides. This has cleaned up scripts pretty significantly.
*Changed the way to get Techguns biomatter
*Rebalanced the carbon plate recipe to give proper returns
*Added new ways to get carbon brick
*Replaced the Techguns plastic system entirely to go through thermal expansion for IF plastic and not Techguns plastic. Basically you should never ever need to craft or use Techguns plastic for anything over IF plastic.
*Added a new way to get the Techguns laser focus
