-Added Mobs Properties Randomness to further address Minecraft's xp farming issue. Now mobs drop double the xp for every 3000 blocks from spawn. However, elite variants of mobs will spawn more often the further away you are, increasing until 24000 blocks where they fully replace Vanilla mobs. -Re-enabled Quark copper pipes. -Increased Quark candle influence to 0.35.
