In The Beginning, The King, Cyprus was ruler over the farther continent, Rivenshire, who sent an expedition team to unknown continents to discover new lands for his kingdom’s monetary gain. Being one of the only settlements at the time aside from Meadowbrook, An only slightly larger rival kingdom, made it difficult for trade. So, the goal was to make a smaller settlement to expand trading prospects to undiscovered civilizations beyond their scope. As the first expeditions arrived on ‘Luvaris’, as the land has been pre-dubbed by the king Cyprus, They realized this land had been claimed by a few native folks, tribes divided by territories. The Khalyssa were cat-humanoids with ears and other features like cats, almost passive aggressive in nature to new folk or outsiders. The Norfolk were dwarven-like, in nature, far into caves in the snowy regions who were anything but friendly to outsiders. The Meraric people were of the forest and had pointed ears and softer features and loved bonfire parties and were heavy drinkers and very welcoming, similar to the Dune elves of the deserts back across the sea. None had seen humankind before, so naturally they were on guard in case of invasion. Soon, The Human settlers found a place to settle into and set up camp for now, out of all territories, and so, the copper era began.
