Permission is hereby granted to any individual or group to download, modify, and redistribute this Minecraft modpack (hereafter "the Modpack"), provided that the following conditions are met:
1. You must credit the original creator ("Braylin Sandlin") clearly in any redistributed or modified version.
2. You may modify and redistribute the Modpack for personal or public use, including videos, servers, and other community content.
3. You may not use the Modpack, or any modified version of it, for malicious, harmful, or illegal purposes (including but not limited to malware, scams, offensive content, or harassment).
4. Redistribution or modification **must not misrepresent** the original author or claim full ownership.
5. The original author (Braylin Sandlin) **reserves the right to request removal** or takedown of any redistribution or modified version if it is deemed:
- Inappropriate
- Misleading
- Malicious
- Violating the spirit of this license
Failure to comply with these terms may result in the revocation of permission and takedown requests via official CurseForge or content host moderation tools.
This license is non-transferable and may be updated in the future. Use of this Modpack constitutes agreement with the terms above.
