This modpack is very close to Vanilla with a few things added to enhance the game:

There are some weapons via Balkon's Weapons mod in the form of: Javelins, Spears, Knifes, Warhammers, Crossbow, Halberds, Firerods, Blowguns, Flails, Battleaxes, & Katanas (guns & cannons cant be crafted to keep it more Vanilla friendly)
Theres also a torch bow that can shoot torches.
There are colorful lanterns & torches for some colored lighting
You can craft saddles with leather and string.
Portals can be made also using Crying Obsidian as well as normal Obby, so feel free to mix and match.
Elytra can be dyed and have trims applied
Farmer's Delight adds a few new crops and recipes.
Nether Wastes & the Crimson/Warped Forests have gotten a *slight* upgrade (you may find some tall towers with stuff inside)
Right clicking crops with hoes replants right away
Storage Drawers for easier storage
Minimaps to help guide your way

There are also some mechanics added to make Hardcore more managable for multiplayer servers using Heartcore & Hardcorre Revival mods:

When you die you will go into a downed state for 24 hours (can be changed in the config if you want to adjust time). During this time you wont be able to do anything but use chat to help guide others to revive you
You can chose to revive yourself HOWEVER doing so you will LOSE a maximum heart, OR you can get revived by someone else helping you up (they will have to hold right click for 3 seconds)
- On getting revived you WONT lose a max heart, but you will come back with weakness, hunger, and 1/2 a heart so make sure the area is safe before getting revived!
- If you dont get revived within 24 hours you will be forced to die and lose a max heart.
Players can gift a heart to another player if they want using the command: /heartcore giftheart <player>
Doing so will take a heart from the gifter and give it to the giftee
You can regain max hearts by eating Enchanted Gold Apples, each one will recover 1/2 a heart (also configurable if you want to)
