Reworked Wandering Traders
> Wandering Traders can be traded with again, but their stock of trades has been replaced. 
> They now take 1-2 stacks of one of the scrap items, for one of the outputs of said scrap.
> Generally speaking, they trade for twice the amount one would get by processing the scrap, at the cost of forfeiting all other outputs.
