The Compound 0.6
What's new
# Compound Core 0.6
## Classes and combat
- Spend your Combat Passive Points in new skill trees for **Tank, Warrior, Healer, Ranger, and Mage**. Each class has its own branches, specializations, and capstones.
- Tank passives strengthen protection and taunts. Warrior passives improve direct hits, bleed, and critical attacks. Healer passives improve healing, shields, and support. Ranger passives strengthen shots, marks, poison, and companions. Mage passives improve spells, mana, and summons.
- The K skills screen makes it easier to browse class trees, see your purchases, and change your build outside combat.
- Ordinary kills have a Combat XP limit starting at level 10; recognized bosses still give their full award.
- More enemies receive appropriate levels, health, and damage for their encounter.
- Armor, shields, weapons, and tools follow their intended combat and progression rules.
## Exploration and rewards
- More structure and village chests contain useful supplies, prepared food, cash, and class gear.
- Eligible chests can award T1–T3 class armor, swords, bows, Mage staves, and Healer staves, with gear quality and rarity rolls.
- Eligible Lootr chests that would otherwise be empty on a player's first opening receive a small reward.
- Selected Nether chests offer supplies and a chance at T3 gear without replacing their special rewards.
- Unintended armor, shields, and progression gear no longer appear in the wrong loot or mob drops.
## Shops and company progression
- The Trade Terminal has more offers, with items unlocking as your company advances through P1–P3.
- Early crop starters unlock through the first two food deliveries. The shop and JEI make starter availability and other offer requirements clearer.
- Company bonds, accounts, deliveries, and boss proofs now follow the intended progression more consistently.
- Shipping Bin sales and payouts are more reliable. Finished Production goods stay unsellable until their company requirements are met.
## Farming and husbandry
- Crop growth and harvesting follow the intended day-based rules, including more Pam's HarvestCraft crops, coffee, and maple trees.
- Earn Farming XP from completed harvests and Husbandry XP from collecting animal products. Crops and products that take longer earn more XP.
- Improved area-hoe harvesting and selected food-processing recipes.
## Interface, recipes, and art
- Shop and gear information is clearer in JEI and item tooltips. Manual textile steps and the Dread Lamp have better recipe information.
- Updated selected early production, sword, and Dread Lamp recipes.
- Improved key-bind search and refreshed the Healer Priest armor appearance.
- Five Cluttered saplings no longer appear in the affected chest and leaf loot while they remain unavailable through progression. Mushroom rewards remain, and breaking an existing sapling still gives it back.
