ColonyCraft - Light
A lightweight modpack based on Minecolonies with Create and other additions.
A lighter approach to other Minecolonies based modpacks. Includes options for the more technical Minecraft players, as well as those who want to have a more "life in the cottage" experience.

This modpack works well for a group of friends with different interests, so that everyone can have their own experience.
I recommend adding Optifine for better performance if this modpack is still too heavy, which you can download on the Optifine website.
Unity is the installed texture pack, but feel free to use your own if it doesn't work for you. Jolicraft is a great alternative.
