Notable recipe/config changes this update:
~ Restored and properly re-included the Custom Recipes Datapack {oops!}
~ Adjusted/integrated Car Mod recipes (finally)
~ Reworked Ore Bag loot_tables:
  - Tier 1: Coal, Bauxite/Aluminum, Copper, Zinc, Tin
  - Tier 2: Tier 1, Iron, Lead, Bismuth
  - Tier 3: Tier 1 & 2, Gold, Silver, Nickel
  - Tier 4: Tier 2 & 3, Nether Quartz, Lapis Lazuli, Redstone, Teslatite
  - Tier 5: Tier 3 & 4 , Uranium, Platinum, Tungsten
  - Tier 6: Tier 5, Diamond, Emerald, SilentGems (all 48 normal gem ores)
~ Added *very poor* recipes to crushing wheels for [SGm]Chaos & End Crystal Ore, [SM] Uranium Ore, & [BP]Tungsten Ore - Powered Machinery is recommended for max output of these materials, but at least now they're not simply destroyed for being processed with the rest of the ores.
