Hostile mobs now have restricted spawns within the 24 block radius of campfire.
This is done in order to combat the random spawning of zombies inside player bases.

Campfire can now be used as a safe mark of territory to disable the spawns of hostiles within a 24 radius.

Dusk config has also been tweak to reduce base mob cap of from the vanila 70% to 50%. This value increases by 25% during night.
