Quick Fix: added "Apotheosis nerf" datapack, successfully ported from 1.20.1

Changes to existing content:
-minor quest adjustments
-artifacts quest tab overhaul
-rebalanced lightsources, such as
 candles are now obtainable in the early game
 buffed lanterns: can be put into a curios slot, don't spend fuel when placed in world, but use iron ingots in the recipe as a balance change
 reduced fuel amounts
 and more
-removed some nerfs from iguanatweaks, such as
 buffed tool durability
 removed some extra sources of loosing hunger
 and more
-removed Camera overhaul effects when running due to complaints about motion sickness (now they will only occur while swimming or flying)
-removed chat reports

New mechanics:
-added stamina bar to limit the time a player can continuously run
-bonemeal can now grow any flower
-strings can be obtained from wool

New mods:
-added Map atlas
-added Supplementaries for more content variety
-added More Overlays to check mob spawns
-added Mouse Tweaks
-added easy bridging (Bridging mod)
-added Equipment Compare
-added wooden bucket for early progression
