Increased the spawnrate of all Electroblob's Wizardry structures significantly. (Over doubled Shrines to be more in line with other structures,
Obelisks and Towers increased around 30-40%)
*Project E was removed due to the late term gear in the mod being too powerful. At the core of the mod the duplication plays well into this modpack, however the high-tier items made all other mods end goals pointless.
