Cogs to Cosmos

No mods were added, removed or updated. Every change is a recipe fix. It works in existing worlds; items that are partway through an assembly line may need to be restarted.

Fixed

• A Create golden sheet could not be made into a precision mechanism: it took the cogwheel, then never accepted the large cogwheel. The Industrial Foregoing gold gear recipe was taking the sheet first. The gold gear now goes golden sheet, then cogwheel, then press.
• Eleven assembly recipes could never be started, because another recipe began the same way on the same item and Create always picked that one. Each now starts with a different step (same materials, same result): RFTools Composer, Space Chamber and Shield Block; Modern Industrialization Robot Arm and Quantum Upgrade; Hostile Networks Prediction Matrix; Extended Crafting advanced, elite, ultimate, redstone and crystaltine components. JEI shows the new step order.
• The Tier I Speed, Efficiency and Processing addons from Industrial Foregoing accepted any gold gear. They now need the Industrial Foregoing gold gear.
• Pneumaticcraft kept its original cheap recipes next to the hardened ones: 4 Upgrade Matrices from 1 lapis and water, plain transistors and capacitors, pressure chamber valves, advanced pressure tubes, and the assembly programs bought for 8 emeralds. These are removed, so only the hardened recipes remain.

Changed

• One iron, gold and diamond gear: the AllTheOres, EnderIO and Modern Industrialization versions can no longer be crafted, including through the Immersive Engineering metal press and All The Compatibility machine recipes. The Industrial Foregoing gears are the only ones you can make. Recipes that ask for a gear (EnderIO machines, Modern Industrialization quarry drills and others) now effectively need the Industrial Foregoing gear. The EnderIO Inhibitor Obelisk takes the Industrial Foregoing iron gear.
