This updates adds several mods to improve worldgen/starting experience and further extend cobblemon with addons. (The 0.4.0 update will add additional content-rich mods [i.e. magic and tech].)

• Biome Spawn Point: force spawn in Plains biome
• April Fools: enable features outside of April 1st
• Manure: only vanilla animals will drop Manure
• Sophisticated Backpacks: disable opening other's backpacks, reduce spawnchance of backpack mobs
• Spice of Life: increase number of milestones (12 foods per, gives 1 extra heart)
• Artifacts: increase rarity of artifacts in loot chests (2x)
• Capture XP: reduce experience gain to 75%
