Cobbleverse + Lootr

Cobbleverse + Lootr is a multiplayer-focused version of the Cobbleverse experience that combines Pokémon-inspired exploration, catching, training, and battling with Lootr's player-specific loot system.

The goal of this project is to keep the exploration and progression of Cobbleverse while making the experience more enjoyable for multiplayer servers. Instead of players competing to be the first person to discover a structure and empty its chests, Lootr allows each player to receive their own loot from supported containers.

Pokémon Adventure

Cobbleverse transforms the traditional Minecraft experience into a Pokémon-inspired adventure built around Cobblemon. Instead of only exploring for resources and fighting Minecraft mobs, players can encounter Pokémon throughout the world and build their own team.

Players can catch Pokémon they discover, train and evolve them, experiment with different teams, and battle using their Pokémon. This creates another layer of progression alongside normal Minecraft survival.

For example, one player might focus on exploring different biomes to complete their collection, while another may spend their time building and training a competitive team. Players can still mine, craft, explore, and build like normal Minecraft, but Pokémon become a major part of the adventure.

Exploration and Structures

Exploration plays an important role in Cobbleverse. Players can travel across the world looking for Pokémon, useful items, structures, trainers, and other discoveries.

Different areas of the world can provide new reasons to leave your base. Exploring a new biome may mean finding Pokémon you have not encountered before, discovering a structure containing useful items, or finding something that helps improve your team.

This encourages players to travel instead of remaining near their starting area throughout their playthrough.

Multiplayer-Friendly Loot with Lootr

The biggest addition in this version of the project is Lootr.

In normal multiplayer Minecraft, a structure's chest can usually only be looted once. If another player discovers the structure first, later players may arrive to find every chest completely empty.

Lootr changes this by providing individual loot for each player from supported containers.

For example, if one player discovers a structure and opens its chests, another player who finds that same structure later can still open those containers and receive their own loot.

This makes exploration much more rewarding on multiplayer servers because players do not have to race against each other for every chest. New players can also explore areas that other players have already visited without automatically missing all of the available loot.

Build and Progress Your Team

Players can create their own Pokémon teams based on how they want to play. You can search for your favorite Pokémon, hunt for rare Pokémon, train your team, evolve Pokémon, and prepare them for battles.

Rather than Minecraft progression ending once you have strong equipment and a developed base, Pokémon collection and team building provide additional long-term goals.

Players can challenge themselves to collect specific Pokémon, create teams around particular types, search for rare encounters, or simply try to build their ideal team.

Designed for Multiplayer

Cobbleverse + Lootr is especially suited for playing with friends and multiplayer communities.
