Cobblemon x Create Light
This is a modpack that combines Cobblemon and Create without having more than 50 mods. Pretty good for pretty bad PCs.
Cobblemon x Create: Lightmode is a simple, easy to use and light modpack. You just open a world play however you want and thats it. It combines in a simple way the Create mod and the Cobblemon mod without being filled with so much addons that you don't understand what's going on. The mod Mega Showdown hads the anticipated Mega-Evolution Pokemons to the game, while Farmer's Delight, had's an easy way to do agriculture. To try if you are a Pokemon and Create lover!
