Cobblemon Vulkan (Performance Pack)

Greetings Trainers! We have some exciting new changes coming to patch 1.1.9, as well as a few new additions that I hope you'll all enjoy!

Let's get the updates out of the way:
- Updated Accessories ||Add Spanish (Mexican) translations and fix issues with ordering of slots being different between the server and client causing odd slot interactions||
- Updated Balm ||Removed test configs that were preventing Balm from running in a server-side only scenario. Updated Kuma to fix crash when checking keybinds too early.||
- Updated Bookshelf ||Added Argentine Spanish localization.||
- Updated Chat Heads ||Respect "Player Customization" - If you take your hat off, it won't show in chat either. (Refering to player skin)||
_ Updated Cobbleloots ||Updated the Creative Mode tab icon to use a Master Ball texture for better visual representation. Updated the default loot ball texture to use the strange ball texture when no specific texture is set for debugging purposes. Fixed an issue where the Loot Ball item texutre would not display correctly if the texture data was missing or invalid.||
- Cobblemon Firework Capsules ||Fixed crash issue when particles are turned off. Fixed capsule station not dropping itself when broken.||
- Cobblemon Unchained ||Changed all ints and doubles to floats in the config. No more confusion over needing/supporting decimal values.||
- Cobblemon Mega Showdown ||Fixed mipmap level. Added silvally form change animations. Fixed MostlyIneffective and ExtremelyEffective land. Fixed pasture pokemon issue. Fixed Zygarde Poser. Fixed snover line hitbox. Make meltan item be dropped when inv is full. Added Lugia, volcanion, miraidon.||
- Creativecore ||Fixed client commands not working when connected to a server on fabric.||
- Enchantment Descriptions ||Optimize images.||
- Exposure ||Camera on stand will now malfunction when attempting to take a shot with Interplanar Projector without an owner nearby.||

- Farmers Delight Re-Fabricated ||The offhand_equipment tag now includes forge:tools/shields by default, extending default compatibility. Rich soil farmland can now be hydrated by any fluid type capable of hydration. Wild cabbage and Sea Beet can now generate on any biome tagged with minecraft:is_beach. ||
- Farsight Add workaround for little tiles compat. ||Fix biomes not being updated when they change e.g. with the /fillbiome command||
- FTB library ||Moved some entity face loading code from FTB chunks into FTB library||
- FTB Quests ||Quest icons can now also use entity faces. Clicking the Icon field now shows a context menu with the option to choose an item texture, image texture, or entity face texture.||
- FTB XMod Compat ||Added Magic Coins support, as a currency implementation for FTB Library's currency abstraction layer||

- Macaw's Holidays ||Added Unmeltable Snow Layer. The Ghost, Happy Ghost, Haunting Ghost have been merged into one ghost, whch can be toggled by right clicking. It now only has one crafting recipe. Awake bat, sleeping bat have been merged into one bat, which can be toggled by right clicking. it not has only one crafting recipe. Stockings and couple stockings have been merged into stocking, which can be toggled by right clicking. It now has only one crafting recipe. Fixed candy cane stairs missing the stairs item tag, and candy cane slabs missing the slabs item tag.||
