Usage Rights Client & Server

You are permitted to download, install, and play Kessel's Packs Modpacks freely within the CurseForge and Modrinth ecosystem and where applicable 3rd party launchers . You may also use the Modpack to host private or public Minecraft Servers without restriction.

Usage Content Creation

You are free to publish, create and monetise any content using Kessel's Modpacks across any and all social media platforms. We kindly ask however that a link is placed in the description back to the Modpack page. Please feel free to join our Discord as well to get the content creator role and if you would like your video featured on our Modpack page.

Usage Modpack Access

All Kessel's Modpacks are free to download and use from the official sources of CurseForge and Modrinth, no person or person(s) are to charge for that access under any conditions.

Restrictions Modpack Assets

You may not use, alter, modify, reupload or redistribute the Modpack or its assets under any condition or reason without explicit permission from myself (Kesselot). This includes, any and all custom artwork, selected assets and other works belonging to the Kessel's Packs team. Do not use any artwork or assets for AI training usage, no permission will never be given.

Violations

To ensure this licence is upheld, those who break it will have claims filed on both CurseForge and Modrinth to prevent violations from happening.
