Other Changes and Notes:
-Added shiny varients to many pokemon found in base cobblemon up to gen 7, and all starters. When a pokemon is shiny: 60% chance for normal shiny, 30% chance for rare, and 10% for epic rarity

Known issues:
-Silver and Gold Caps for increasing IV's currently crash game due to compatability issue with cobblemon 1.7, but cant remove due to other addons having a dependancy, fix in progress
-some shiny varients that have their models changed in some way by megashowdown will have broken textures (known list below), a fix is on the way
