Cliffs of Insanity II

Update focused on mod updates and compatibility. Potentially major changes - Create has been updated to 6.0, and is not compatible with all Create addons. If you were using Create Steam and Rails addon or Create Deco, these mods has been temporarily removed due to incompatibility. Remain on previous version if you don't want to have to rebuild your trains when it is updated. Note that other addons may be affected as well if you've manually added them.
