3.1 Patch: fixed the modpack where some mods were not being loaded.

UPDATE 3 (This is a bigger one): Added Construction Sticks, Configured, Curios API, Simply Swords, Apotheosis, Apothic Enchanting, Apothic Spawners, Icarus

-The Apotheosis mods all build off of each other and adds item rarities for tools, better enchantments and better ways to enchant gear, and rarities to some mobs
-The Icarus mod adds more customizable elytra's to the game that looks like wings
-The Simply Swords mod adds new weapon variants such as a katana, Great Sword and more
-Construction Sticks lets you build walls and other larger structures quickly at the cost of materials, be careful not to accidentally build in ways you don't want.

Future updates shouldn't be this big but a lot of these mods are similar and interconnect well.
