Updated relevant mods to thier latest versions

Removed uncrafting table quest.

Rebalanced loot gained from high level mobs.

Tier 1 of leveling loot will now start at 450 to 749 previously 150 - 299.

Tier 2 of leveling loot will now start at 750+ previously 300+.

Reductions to many gem stat values.

Updated my mod which adds the following:

Polished many weapon and armor descriptions to be more presentable and easy to read.

Amended band of brilliance description to include lore and information on hp and armor values provided.

Added slight particle effects to many weapon active ablities and attacks.

Added particles to many armor active abilities.
