Replaced XL packets with packet fixer.

Temporarily removed cataclysm spellbooks as it causes server crash.

Updated all relevant mods to their latest versions to fix bugs and crashes.

Gameplay and Progression

Added the Dark One Gem. Temporarily removed the Abyssal Gem. Reduced overworld mob levels per distance scaling multiplier to encourage more early exploration. Increased champion lootbag drop rate by 5 x. Increased Eldritch spellpower cap. Increased Abyssal spell power cap. Increased eldritch blast spell power multiplier.

Quests

Added the Forbidden Magicks quest chapter.

Added the Dark One Gem to Cisco's Wares.

Temporarily removed the Abyssal Gem from Cisco's Wares.

Fixed Cisco's Wares Shop sometime not showing up in questbook.
