Added Enigmatic addons which adds new enigmatic artifacts including the dragons breath bow which ignores arrow immunity.

Added Ars Additions which adds new spells and magical items for the ars nouveau magic mod.

Updated all relevant mods to their latest versions to fix bugs and crashes.

Including apotheosis which fixes elemental damage bugs and exploits.

And L enders Cataclysm which fixes crashes.
