Added new weapon Frostfang.

Reduced the power of crit chance gems.

Reduced the power of crit damage gems.

Slightly reduced the power of health gems.

Reduced the weight of champion loot bags making them significantly less common .

Added frostfang quest  to the divine equipment chapter.

Disabled extradimensional vessel replacing corpse when enigmatic legacy amulet equipped.

Blacklisted alchemist cauldron from carryon due to bug.

Changed ars nouveau mana text from just mana to ars mana to avoid confusion between iron spells mana.
