Gameplay
First and foremost, my priority is to keep the mods in this pack (almost) purely magic although it contains some category neutral mods and a slight hint of adventure. I suppose it is worth mentioning that there are certain skills (RPG style) which you have to level up in order to access specific items, blocks and even entire mods (You can upgrade your skills by crafting skill orbs and right clicking with them). This along with a minimal recipe gating aims to make the pack a little more challenging without overdoing it.
In this pack, you will also encounter some unique or at least uncommon mechanics. For example, you can crush ores with mortars to give them a chance of doubling their core material. The most notable mechanic in this pack is the "Slate Altar" which I am sure you will find rather interesting.
World/Ore Generation
Besides the biome mods there are only a few changes to the overworld - 3 pack-specific biomes, larger and differently shaped caves and a slight lack of ores (In the overworld, at least).
The Nether wasn't left out though. Since the overworld contains only a fraction of the vanilla ores with some minimal additions, almost every other ore has been moved to the nether but fear not, you don't have to mine obsidian, you can just craft it.
Warning: Probably because of Lumen or BetterNether (or both) the nether is rather laggy in terms of FPS.
Lore
There are History Ores scattered across the overworld which have a chance to drop between 0 and 49 lore pages from the Lore Expansion mod. The lore is not required in any way and it is rather short.
