Cinnamon Buns 0.3.7

This patch is focused on server quality of life mainly in Better Compatibility Checker to ensure that the server doesn't constantly lie about mismatched versions due to Forge truncating the Mod List packet. Fast Workbench, Fast Furnace, and Performant are all being added and tweaked to help optimize server performance as issues are starting to crop up with 5+ players. JEP is just a small fix to smooth over some UI/JEI stuff.
