A lot of things have been updated, and I made a few config changes because some materials weren't genning. In addition I've started adding the servers.dat, anyone running a minecraft server can send me their server info and I'll add it, allowing players instant access to such servers.

Changed:

Thermal Expansion Aluminum, Platinum, Iridium, and Mana Ore will now generate (you'll need to retrogen on existing worlds, sorry)
Lapis Lazuli Mystical Agriculture Plants will no longer show as a purple box when fully grown in Agricraft Crops
Added End, Aquarium, Cold-Iron, Star-Steel, and Apatite seeds to the Agricraft configs
Added Nether ore spawns for Aluminum, Iridium, and Uranium.
Increased Uranium Generation
Increased Yellorium Generation
Mystical Agriculture plants on crops will now have a 5% chance to drop Fertilized Essence
