So, Lycanites had to go, it refused to respect things like Interdiction Torches and the Peaceful modifier in the Environmental Controller (and the chunk protector, among other things). This is sad, but that's life. I unfortunately haven't found anything to replace it with, or worth replacing it with anyway. If it gets updated to fix this I'll put it back in.

Removed:

Lycanites Mobs - Refused to respect things like the Peaceful modifier on the environmental controller and Interdiction torches/pillars/mob blockers (including the chunk protector). Also seemed to be causing nether lag, but that's a little more secondary in this case. If it gets updated to fix the issue I'll put it back in, but it hasn't been updated since last year, so I won't hold my breath.

Changed:

Actually fixed chisel marble spawn this time (apparently I forgot to save the config change last time)
RFLux base lights now require some power rather than just being free light.
Added recipies for Coal and Charcoal dust to the Pulvus
