Just a small change, I managed to track down where a rather bad FPS drop was coming from, it was unfortunately the Rough Mobs mod, and no amount of tinkering with the config seems to have helped, so I've removed it. In addition I've prevented passive mobs from Lycanites Mobs from spawning in wasteland biomes.
