Edit: Apparently I have to set this to "release" for it to be downloadable through the launcher.

Alright, after.... 13? days of extensive testing and tweaking, I think we're ready for our first beta release of the pack! Lots of things got removed, a few new things got added, and many many things got tweaked.

Updated:

everything has been brought up to it's latest version

Added:

Biome Tweaker - Allowed me to actively add Zombie, Witch, Spider, Skeleton, and Creeper spawns to the overworld (previously all those spawns had been incidental from something else, hence why they disappeared in the last update)
NEI - Brings back all the NEI features we missed
Solar Flux Reborn - I feel it has better options than Tesla Modular Solars (and I'm comfortable and familiar with it).
CraftTweaker - Allows me to tweak the recipes
MineTweakerRecipeMaker - Gives an IG way with a nice GUI to tweak recipes (doesn't support NBT data, which makes me very sad)
Armor Plus - To replace Armory
Multifarm Crops - Allows Agricraft Crops to be planted in Forestry Multifarms
Mystical Agriculture - To replace the chickens, there is no chance of a seed drop from any crop, they are fully compatible with Agricraft
Mystical Agradditions - an addon for Mystical Agriculture that includes Tinker's Construct integration
Progressive Automation - I've decide this would actually be very helpful early game.
Lycanites Mobs - What can I say, I am a cruel person.

Removed:

Pam's Clay Spawn - Didn't realize Quark had that capability built in, but I do now.
Travel Huts - They seemed to cause some extra lag while loading, in addition they didn't really work as well as I might have hoped, there are other reasons, but those aren't really germane.
Waystones - Really cool, but all the really cool features are for 1.11, when I can move this pack to 1.11 I probably will, since I like that better.
More Overlays - Replaced with NEI which has more functionality.
Tesla Modular Solars - Replaced with Solar Flux Reborn
Steve's Factory Manager Reborn - Hasn't been updated since december and has sveral bugs (including a nasty dupe bug)
Raiders - I'll be honest, I just found them annoying.
Druidry - I really liked it, but it's not really the feel this pack is going for, and with a lack of extensive content...
RF Utilities - Not useful enough to justify keeping around, especially given the length of time since it's last update
Substratum - Was only in because RF Utilities needed it.
Thirsty bottles - I'm honestly finding the thirst mechanic more annoying than anything else, all this served to do was make sure that I decided regularly that dying was better than drinking.
Water Strainer - I added this back when I'd intended to make resources very scarce, since I abandoned that idea (to a degree) I'm taking it out now
Zombie Awareness - Mostly redundant with Epic Seige Mod
Simple Tree Farm - Hasn't been updated since november, and it's unlikely people will ever choose to use it over the more established farming tools of other mods unless forced to.
Sleeping Bag - Pretty sure this is added in another mod, if it's not, oh well, make a bed, this is supposed to be hard
Simple Protection - Server Side Mod
World Limiter - Server Side Mod
Apple Core - Not required for any of our mods
Armory - It looks really cool, but it's tediously complicated to use
Armory: Weaponry - See Armory
Smith's Core - See Armory
NetherEx - Crashes the game the first time it loads the nether, also seemed to interfere with the spawning of glowstone
Chickens - Caused massive TPS drops in the nether
More Chickens - Required Chickens to be used
Namroc's Magica - Incomplete, with no way to obtain the basic info required to progress without cheating in the journal
Namroc's Bag of Holding - Was in because it was required for magica
Baubles Hud - I swear I got rid of this ages ago, guess not.
Reliquia - Nice, but not as nice as I had hoped
Advanced Cables - The concept is nice, but I'd have to tweak them into oblivion to make them work (the low end cables melt too easily, and the high end cables have too much resistance to allow low end generators, which melt the low end cables), andw no one is going to use them when it's so much easier to use existing cables from other mods.
Weather and Storms - After a week of testing I have not seen one single storm, and the one time I actively force one via command it crashes with a rendering error.
Ender Crop - Redundant with both Extra Utilities and Mystic Agriculture
The Augmented Inferno - it's additions were negligible, mostly involving materials that just wouldn't be used due to better options.
Ore Shrubs - Redundant with the other growable ore mods, also, I wasn't fond of the implementation, perhaps when it's a bit more polished.
Tesla Core Lib - Not even sure how this got in there.

Changed:

Set both RTG and COFH Core to generate TWO layers of bedrock, instead of just one (to create compatibility with TAIGA and people who don't want holes into the void)
Set the Forestry Mode to Hard
Actually fixed Concussion Creeper spawns this time (I edited the wrong .json last time, silly me)
Potato, Sugar Cane, Cactus, and both types of Mushroom now have recipes for their Agricraft seeds (they're nothing fancy, but they'll get the job done), in addition those seeds can now drop from grass as normal seeds do.
Removed Sugar cane from the starter gear, as you can now get seeds for it by finding an underground tree cave.
Normal monster spawns (zombies, skeletons, spiders, etc) will now occur in the overworld
Rain will now fall (and fill certain type of tanks) in the overworld
made the recipes for the Chalice, Boundless Cauldron, and Infinite Water Source more difficult to encourage early game use of rain gathering methods (they are still attainable, just not immediately so).
Increased Density and size of caves in Volcano Island biomes when using RTG (to adhere to normal BoP rules that state they have more caves)
Village Generation in Volcano Island biomes disabled (no one wants to live here, that's the point!)
Roosters are now required to breed chickens
fixed the nether metals jsons so that they generate all the nether ore variants
Made it so you don't start with a pre-fab house, I think it was making it too easy.
All seeds (with the exception of enderlilies) now work with Agricraft, go crazy.

added a bed to the starting gear
