Added 9 new mods!!

• Added Jade (An Informational HUD Mod, Fork of WAILA/HWYLA)
• Added Polymorph (A mod that lets you choose between a recipe that is the same, solves recipe conflict.)
• Added Item Zoom (A mod that lets item's to be zoomed in on the left side of your inventory for a closer look.)
• Added Connected Glass (A mod that connects glass blocks. No more ugly windows!)
• Added Thermal Integration (A Thermal Series mod that lets some mods like Industrial Foregoing, to be compatible with the Thermal Series.)
• Added Industrial Foregoing (A mod that allows you to automate Minecraft's functions, like husbandry and mob grinding.)
• Added Refined Storage (A mod that allows you to build storage system that stores "a lot" of items in just one block.)
• Added Iron Jetpacks (A mod that lets you build your own jetpacks and fly high into the sky.)
