This modpack has a fair share of cheaty mods and also some really fun mods.
I made this modpack for me and my friends simply because we were bored with normal Minecraft. This modpack is not super crazy but its not normal vanilla, its also kind of cheaty since it used Advanced Xray and Ore Excavation, and some other things. Also has many performance mods such as Magnesium (and add ons for Magnesium), Better Fps, Clumps, and more.
