The pack focuses on using Chickens and Water Strainer to get resources. Quests will guide you through. The pack does have a slow start, most the islands you could start on don't have water (Twerk Sim 2K16 gives you something more active to do to help the crops grow faster).
As the title says this pack uses Hatchery to help with managing the large number of chickens in this pack. If you prefer using Roost, try my other modpack Chicken Sky Breeder
