Charlotte's Collection

Contains a moderate set of tech, magic, exploration, and QoL/performance mods that presents a "slightly more than Vanilla+, but not heavily modded" experience. The goal is to have the collection still play mostly like Vanilla, but expand upon each pillar of gameplay to support a variety of play styles on a server.
