What's new
changes:
- disabled some modifiers and changed drop lists for infernal mobs, but feel free to turn them back on for yourself. disabled some mobs from spawning with modifiers.
- applied edited config files from the test server we play on.
- updated mods as much as possible without causing (known) issues.
- added more mods to optimize running as a server.
