Config Updates:

- enabled Ender Dragon Zombies.

- disabled Dark Utility ore dictionary links to Andesite, Diorite, and Granite to correct a Chisel usage issue, those DU recipes should be stone only now.

- disabled IC2 server messaging for Grid Update/Calculation issue. (spam prevention)

 

Recipe Changes:

- removed diamond to diamond chip x6 due to overlap with diamond nuggets

- added diamond + ( IC2 hammer or IE hammer ) = diamond chip x6
