Building machines with the Create mod, where you can make contraptions that will help you make almost anything in Minecraft.
Helping a bunch of villagers grow your own colony with the Minecolonies mod, where you can have a functional village in the style you choose.
Growing multiple plants that can yield ores, elements and even animal souls with the help of Mystical Agriculture.
In this modpack you'll find a lot of things to do no matter what your type of gameplay is, there's exploration, tech, magic and even colony building.
The modpack doesn't have quests by now but it's easy to learn and explore by looking around on JEI.
