Regenerated PMMOPERKS and PMMOSERVER
Delete PmmoPerks and PMMO-Server in serverconfigs or you will crassh on preexisting worlds/servers! Was having trouble getting serverconfig updater to delete them, though they are in teh config.

Removed Effective (Clientside mod that adds water particles, people were having frames issues, add it your self if you want it back)
Add nomadictents:tent, dimdungeons:dungeon_dimension, dimdungeons:build_dimension to Pokecube wormhole blacklist
No idea if itll stop making tent portals but we'll find out!
Removed Tofunian, Traveller Tofunian from bad mobs blacklist because multibeds patched it (Thanks!)

Reduced RPGGods favor decay from .006 to .002
