Abandoned - Castle Scarecrow

Added a Dramatic Doors config that has waterlogging for Fence gates and Doors set to false to stop weird registry crashing

I didn't catch this on first release, because, in an earlier version of the mod it seemed this was automatically false...? Maybe?
In other words, updating the pack would result in 1.0.14 working fine, but making a fresh instance would just crash.

It just works, I don't question it, update if you're crashing. Basically the exact same as 1.0.14 otherwise.
