Changed "It shall not tick" config to include Minecolonies, Little Logistics, Create, and Pokecube
Though I thought I had already did it, I guess I forgot to save the changes at some point

Disabled Craft EXP tooltip for PMMO, I do not understand why that hasn't already been done since crafting leveling currently doesn't do anything to my knowledge....


1.0.11 Changelog, since, it's been processing for 6+ hours at this point and I think broke, as curse processed it within 5 minutes each time before...

Changed Healthbars for pokecube to always be on
Moved top to center top by default

Changed Throggle down and Drone Reach down to CTRL Down Arrow to fix pokecube

Removed LiquidBlocks, too op for vanilla tech level pack, trade your dirt or mine it
Removed Neet, didn't seem to be a way to blacklist Pokecube
