-carryOn uses whitelist with mobds added to try and avoid compat issues with other mechanics

-nerfed some of the bloodmagic recipes as they where super expnsive, this should allow peeps to magic earl  

ISSUES 25/03/20-cant remove GC rice from tilling drop list/renamed and nerfed until i can fix 24/04/20-PC yew tree not playing by the chopdown config 25/04/20-GC beehive wont drop with chopdown config 26/04/20-animalia animals dont react to evilcraft dark apple 27/04/20-'your horse will wait here', then just walks off
